Opt-In & Consent: Consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS notifications. By opting in, you agree to receive scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation & Support:

  • To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. We will send a final confirmation of your unsubscribe status.

Rates & Carriers:

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional wireless providers.
